1.Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of p98.club (hereinafter referred to as "p98", "the Platform", "the Website", or "we/us/our"), you ("the User", "Player", or "you") unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and p98.club. They apply to all users of the Platform regardless of how they access it — via browser on desktop or mobile, via any cached version, or via any third-party link. Use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2.Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use p98.club, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration;
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law;
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or entity;
• You have not previously been self-excluded from p98 or had a p98 account closed for breach of these Terms.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on p98. Registration of duplicate accounts — whether using different names, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update your account information if it changes. p98 reserves the right to reject any registration application at its sole discretion without providing reasons.

3.Account Security and Verification

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.

p98 will never ask you to disclose your password or OTP via any channel including live chat, email, telephone, or WhatsApp. If you receive any such request purporting to be from p98, it is fraudulent — do not comply.

p98 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme. Before processing any withdrawal, the Platform requires submission and approval of identity documentation, which may include a copy of your Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) or equivalent government-issued identification. p98 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time for fraud prevention and anti-money laundering compliance purposes.

You agree that all activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised the specific action. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact p98 support immediately.

4.Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

All financial transactions on p98 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently available:

• JazzCash – Minimum deposit: Rs 300. Instant credit to account balance.
• Easypaisa – Minimum deposit: Rs 200. Instant credit to account balance.
• Bank Transfer – Via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and other major Pakistani banks. Processing time: 1–24 hours.
• USDT TRC20 – Cryptocurrency deposits. Processing time: 5–20 minutes.
• Skrill / Neteller – International e-wallets. Processing per method provider timelines.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. Withdrawal processing times for KYC-verified accounts: JazzCash and Easypaisa 15–90 minutes; Bank Transfer 1–24 hours; USDT 15–60 minutes. p98 reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal of any amount.

p98 does not accept deposits made using funds that do not belong to the account holder. Depositing funds on behalf of another person is prohibited. The Platform reserves the right to reverse deposits if they are identified as originating from disputed, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment sources.

5.Bonuses and Promotions

p98 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are disclosed at the time of the offer. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses may carry wagering requirements (playthrough requirements) that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn;
• Bonuses are available to one account per household, per device, and per IP address;
• p98 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without notice;
• Abuse of bonuses — including but not limited to exploiting bonus terms, creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, or using automated play — will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and account suspension.

6.Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and game actions placed on p98 are final once confirmed by the system. Technical malfunctions that prevent a bet from being confirmed will result in the return of the wagered amount. Settlement of sports bets is based on official results from the relevant governing bodies. In the case of contested or unclear results, p98 reserves the right to delay settlement pending confirmation.

Maximum bet limits apply across all sports betting markets and casino games. These limits are displayed within the relevant product section and may vary by account tier, game type, and market. p98 reserves the right to limit stakes for any player at its sole discretion.

7.Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on p98 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and potential legal action:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or AI tools to play games or place bets;
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes;
• Fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform;
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Accessing the Platform if you are under 18 years of age;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited;
• Any conduct that interferes with the operation, security, or integrity of the Platform.

8.Intellectual Property

All content on p98.club — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and marketing materials — is the intellectual property of p98.club or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without explicit written permission.

9.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, p98.club and its operators, directors, employees, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of funds, loss of data, service interruptions, third-party payment processing delays, or decisions made based on information provided on the Platform.

p98 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or compatible with all devices or connection types. The Platform is provided on an "as is" basis.

10.Responsible Gaming

p98.club is committed to promoting responsible gambling and maintaining an environment where gambling remains an enjoyable form of entertainment. The following tools are available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts;
• Loss Limits: Cap your maximum permitted losses within a defined time period;
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when your session reaches a specified duration;
• Cool-Off Period: Take a temporary break from gambling for a period of your choosing;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and, once in effect, are binding for the elected period.

11.Account Suspension and Closure

p98 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where: a breach of these Terms is identified or suspected; fraud or money laundering is suspected; KYC documentation is not provided within a reasonable period upon request; a self-exclusion request is processed; or the Platform determines that continued operation of the account is contrary to its policies or applicable regulations. Upon account closure following a breach, p98 reserves the right to void any outstanding balances, bonuses, or pending withdrawals.

12.Privacy and Data Processing

p98 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. p98 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is processed for account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, and customer support purposes.

13.Amendments to These Terms

p98 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Where amendments are material, p98 may notify registered users via email or in-platform notification at its discretion.

14.Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which p98.club is licensed and operated. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to p98 customer support for resolution. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, it may be referred to the relevant licensing authority's dispute resolution process.

Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
